Strawberry Fields Forever

1 3/4 oz. Beefeater Gin
1 oz. Strawberry/Wild Hibiscus/Rose Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Green Chartreuse (for glass rinse)
Wild Hibiscus Flower (garnish)

Combine gin, syrup and juice in a mixing glass. Add ice to Boston Shaker, shake ingredients for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass rinsed with Green Chartreuse. Garnish with Wild Hibiscus Flower.

Strawberry/Wild Hibiscus/Rose Syrup
1 pint Strawberries
2 oz. Wild Hibiscus Syrup
1 oz. Rose Syrup
1/2 cup fine sugar
6 tbls. water
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Bring water and strawberries (rinsed and cut into halves) to a boil in a medium, non-reactive saucepan, adding sugar and stirring well to dissolve. Once dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool. In a blender, blend stawberries until smooth. Add wild hibiscus and rose syrups, lemon juice and stir well. Fine strain into a bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
