FIRST COURSE:

Poached Pear filled with honey yogurt topped with granola

Cocktail Pairing: Partridge in a Pear Tree (Cognac, Grand Marnier, Spiced Pear Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Black Walnut Bitters, dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg)

SECOND COURSE:

Mushroom and Goat Cheese Frittata

Cocktail Pairing: Your Own Private Idaho (Potato Vodka, Creme Fraise, Glass Onion Shrub (Apple Cider Vinegar infused with Pears, Ginger, Shallots), Bacon Crumbles and Chopped Chives

THIRD COURSE:

Marscapone Crepe with mixed berry medley with Chambord drizzle

Cocktail Pairing: the French 75 (Gin, Lemon Juice, Ginger Simple Syrup, Sparkling White Wine)
